Refund Policy

1. Prepaid Lessons and Packages

All prepaid lessons, courses, and packages are non-refundable.

If a guest cannot attend their scheduled activity for any reason, the value of the unused lessons will be converted into a voucher valid for 18 months from the original issue date.

This voucher can be used for:

  • Kitesurf lessons

  • Equipment rental

  • Other services offered by Kite Prasonisi.

Vouchers are transferable to friends or family upon request.

2. Weather Conditions

Prasonisi is one of the most reliable wind locations in Europe, with less than 5% of scheduled lessons typically cancelled due to insufficient wind conditions.

However, if Kite Prasonisi determines that conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for the scheduled activity (including but not limited to lack of wind, extreme wind, storms, or safety concerns):

  • The lesson will be rescheduled to another available time during the guest's stay, or

  • The unused value will be converted into an 18-month voucher.

No monetary refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations.

3. Client Cancellations

If a guest chooses to cancel or miss a scheduled lesson:

  • More than 48 hours before the activity: the booking may be rescheduled during the same stay, subject to availability.

  • Less than 48 hours before the activity: the lesson is considered used and cannot be rescheduled.

Exceptions may be considered in case of serious illness or emergency.

4. Late Arrival or No-Show

Guests who arrive late for their lesson may have their session shortened depending on schedule availability.

Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled lesson (no-show) will forfeit that session.

5. Safety and Instructor Decisions

All lessons and activities are conducted under the supervision of qualified instructors.

Kite Prasonisi reserves the right to:

  • cancel or stop a lesson if conditions become unsafe

  • modify lesson duration due to safety concerns

  • refuse participation to guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Safety decisions made by instructors are final and non-negotiable.

6. Health and Responsibility

Guests must inform Kite Prasonisi of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect participation in watersports activities.

Participation in kitesurfing and other watersports is at the guest’s own risk, and all participants must follow instructor instructions at all times.

7. Unused Services

Unused services due to:

  • early departure

  • travel changes

  • personal schedule changes

will not be refunded but may be converted into a voucher valid for 18 months.

8. Voucher Terms

  • Vouchers are valid 18 months from the issue date.

  • Vouchers may be transferred to another person upon request.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

​

9. Changes to the Policy

Kite Prasonisi reserves the right to update this policy when necessary. The policy in effect at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
